1. About Arovat

Arovat operates as both a physical print product marketplace and a free browser-based utility platform. Our core offering includes custom printed merchandise and products ordered online, alongside a suite of free in-browser tools (such as GIF compression, PDF editing, and measurement tools) that run entirely on your local device.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must register for an Arovat account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Arovat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3. Physical Print Products

All physical products on Arovat are made-to-order and produced upon confirmed payment. Product listings include specifications such as dimensions, materials, and print finish. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the listed specifications.

Design Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for the design files, artwork, or configurations submitted with their order. Arovat is not liable for errors in design, including incorrect text, colours, dimensions, or layout, that originate from the customer's submission. We produce exactly what is submitted and approved. Please review your order preview carefully before confirming.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. Arovat reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has already been collected.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are issued only in the event of a verified production defect on our part. Orders affected by customer design errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

6. Browser-Based Tools

Arovat's browser-based tools are provided free of charge on an 'as is' basis. All processing occurs client-side using WebAssembly. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

• No files are uploaded to or stored on Arovat servers.
• Performance depends on your device hardware and browser.
• Arovat provides no guarantees regarding output quality for any specific use case.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the files you process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Arovat — including branding, website design, tool interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of Arovat. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any design files and artwork you submit with your orders. By submitting artwork to Arovat for production, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arovat's browser tools are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. For physical products, our warranty is limited to remedying verified production defects as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. We expressly disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arovat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a physical product order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.

10. Changes to Terms

Arovat may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use of Arovat following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
